At we will assess your proposal fully and if it is possible to achieve lending on the High Street albeit more work for you and us, then that is what we will do, because then we will know that your business has the best chance of succeeding with rates that will not hinder your progress.

If we can’t get lending on the High Street, and we do not feel that your business could meet the liability of a “self-cert” loan, then we will advise you accordingly and work with you to refine your ideas and/or your situation until we see a way of achieving your goal.

We will not do lending for your business unless we believe your business will succeed.
